These luxurious, nice, and detached vacation villas for 4 people all have a unique view of the water. The luxurious villa offers lots of privacy, a high comfort level, and has a spacious, hardwood outdoor deck. All ingredients to enjoy an amazing tim

The villas provide a very spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, such as a corner sofa, a dining area for four persons and a flat screen TV. A perfect place when you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show off your culinary skills, including a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

All of our villas have two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds, a private bathroom, and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. When you arrive, we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower. 

Our villas are no-smoking and have WiFi. You can park a single car at the accommodation without any issues.

The accommodation was really nice and clean. We liked the garden that had one side to the water and the other sides fenced so our toddler and dog could play freely. The staff were very friendly and gave us tips on restaurants in the area. Location was good, close enough for day trips to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Will definitely recommend Marinaparken to our friends and would love to come again.

The apartment has got two bathrooms which was very useful. Very modern furniture, spacious and kitchen was very well equiped. We liked the terrace where you could have breakfast and dinner. It would be perfect if there is a swimming pool as well.
