A delightful, flexible apartment with one dedicated bedroom and 2 living areas, one of which can sleep an additional 3 people. Set in the centre of the New Town in Edinburgh. Just a 10-minute walk from Princes Street with many local restaurants, pubs and parks. No dogs and open gas fires make it unsuitable for young children. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Minimum 5 nights.

Was bigger than we thought! Location was great. Pretty quiet but only 10-15 minute walk to most things.Laundry was a huge bonus.

Beautiful flat in an excellent location. Spacious and well appointed. Around 20 minutes' walk to east end of Princes Street and convenient for Calton Hill, Edinburgh Waverley Station and St James Quarter. Even quicker to walk back as it's downhill!

Excellent stay. The apartment was very large and had everything we needed for a stay for the fringe. The host was an excellent and attentive communicator and answered many of our queries before we even needed to ask and left thoughtful things like a fringe guide and allowed us to leave our bags after checkout for a couple of hours which was really appreciated. The property is up 2 flights of stairs so be aware of this. Only thing we would say is it would be handy to have a small bin in the bathroom. Otherwise absolutely perfect.

Our stay in Tom’s apartment couldn’t have been any better. The place is gorgeous, has everything you may need, is within walking distance of Old Town and most tourist destinations. Tom is a wonderful author and several of his books are there to read (very good!) along with a very nice library. The Wi-Fi worked beautifully and the apartment is very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect!

Loved the apartment especially because of the quiet bedroom with comfortable bed located in the back of the apartment overlooking the gardens, set in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to all the city has to offer. Tom, the host, is friendly and personable and explained all the essentials. We loved hanging out in the bright, cheerful living room in the morning with tea/coffee and at the end of a busy day.

This was a wonderful sunny and quiet apartment in a great neighborhood .Everything was well stocked and clean. It was close to the center of town and bus lines. We enjoyed its location near shops in Stockbridge and The Royal Botanical Garden. The only problem for an older person like me was the two flights of circular stairs. For younger folks it would be no problem.

Great place in Edinburgh!

The apartment was in a quiet location with easily access to the old town. The apartment was nicely appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Tom, the host made the process easy from start to end. He was welcoming and informative about the local area making it easy to settle in immediately The only issue was the single bed mattress was not comfortable for one guest. We contacted Tom who came and set up the pull out sofa which suited our needs better. The apartment is reached via a spiral staircase with about 40 steps needed to be climbed to access apartment.. this is an important consideration for some people. Thank you Tom for the best accommodation and welcome we have received on our travels.

We loved it!

This was a wonderful flat. Full kitchen with a Tesco minutes away. There is so much room and comfort to relax and get ready before and after your day. So much better than a hotel room! I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful apartment in excellent quiet position

This lovely apartment is in a great position, with easy access to public transport. Tom communicated really well and even left us some food supplies. We were very comfortable.
