The One-Bedroom Master Residence at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers all of the comforts and amenities of a full-size condominium, including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dining room table, a bar that seats four, a gas fireplace, a large living room area, and private balcony.
Two bathrooms with two head showers and a huge tub for two, three sinks.
The One-Bedroom Master Residence includes a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The property has free WiFi, two flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and DVD rentals. Movie and game rooms. Indoor/ outdoor pool and slide and 7 outdoor hot tubs. One indoor lg hot tub/sauna/steam room!
The concierge can help you with reservations from snowshoe excursions, snowmobiling, dog sledding, horse rides, and dinners—spa on the property with salon and massage. Robes are available for checkout for the entire week. If you like to grill, those are available as well.

I have been an owner before this property opened for the first year. I have upgraded my unit three times over the years. It is a fantastic property and very well-managed and maintained. I live in Florida and go skiing two weeks a year. I have skied all over the world, and Breckenridge is World Class. You can’t beat the snow and how they maintain the this is where you want to vacation.

I bought this place so I can be the first on the mountain with no lift line. Everyone else must take the gondola from the parking lot in town. I get dressed at 8:15 and am on the lift by 8:30.
Want to have your skis waxed, leave them at the shop by the lift in the afternoon and pick them up on your way to the slopes before the lift opens the next morning.

Parking garage and space for two cars, ski lockers and multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, three movie theatres, game room for the kids, on-property bars, and restaurant. If you don’t want to drive downtown, call down to the desk, and a van will take you downtown and pick you up when you are ready to head back up the mountain. You want to make the first tracks, and this is where you want to stay.
