Villa Fresno with pool on Mar Menor Golf Resort

Relax at our gorgeous 3 bedroom villa in one of the popular neighbourhood of Torre-Pacheco. There is plenty to see and do in the local area.

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The accommodation comprises an open lounge and dining area. In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and in the utility room there is a washing machine with dryer. All crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided.
On the ground floor, there is a downstairs bathroom which consists of a toilet, sink and shower.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

On the first floor there is the main bedroom with an en-suite, a second bedroom and another bathroom.
This villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. It also benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, Internet (Wi-Fi), TV with private swimming pool and sun loungers. There is an outdoor table for dining Al Fresco.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the second and third bedroom, there are 2 single beds that can be put together if desired.

There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is en-suite and has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Villa Fresno is located on 5* Mar Menor Golf Resort and was recently renovated to high standard. It is perfectly located close to all amenities required for a perfect family holiday or golf break.

The Resort
The Villa is close enough to walk to the Spar Supermarket, Padel courts, restaurants, Irish Pub and the superb Caleia 5* Spa & Hotel complex, but far enough away not to be disturbed.
Just outside the resort within walking distance, the Boulevard further adds to the choice of restaurants offering English, continental and Indian cuisine and variety of bars , ensuring that the options for dining, entertainment and relaxation on Mar Menor are unrivalled.

Golf
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of the Polaris Worlds premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Design course which will challenge all levels of golfers and lots of on-site facilities.

The Area
The wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor in the historic town Las Alcazares are around 5 km from the Resort.
The seawater is warm and very pleasant for bathing. It is unique in that there is a peninsula which runs parallel to the coastline thus forming the Mar Menor (small sea).
Non-tidal, clear, shallow water provides a safe bathing option, especially for young children.

The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria with a total of 250 kilometres of coastline.

Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14C and maximum temperatures between 20-22C in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20C minimum and between 30-35C maximum. The average annual temperature is 18C.

A car is recommended to appreciate all that the area has to offer and to visit the many wonderful beaches. However, if you just want to play golf on the resort, relax, sunbathe, eat in or dine out then you could take a taxi to and from the airport and spend your time on the resort.

Murcia International Airport (Corvera) is 25 minutes drive. Alicante Airport is 1 hour drive.
