The entrance area connects the living room and dining room with the large terrace overlooking the garden, private pool area and forrest behind the villa. One bedroom is located on this level. Upstairs you will find the master suite with en-suite bathroom and across the hall are 2 further bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms share a private terrace. 

On the lower level with separate entrance to the apartment where you can get together to relax on the sofa, watch TV and play some pool. Here you will find another 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. 

Puerto Banús and Estepona are only 15 minutes from San Pedro de Alcántara by car. Estepona and the new Golden Mile invite you to enjoy the newly designed beach front promenade with a beautiful view of the mediterranean sea. The Fly Blue ferry travels between Puerto Banus and the center of Marbella where you can explore Marbella Old Town and it's local bars, restaurants and nightlife on the Golden Mile, the famous Plaza de los Naranjos or take a nice stroll back to Puerto Banus enjoying the stunning views of the sea along the beachfront promenade past the famous Puente Romano and Marbella Club Hotel.
