Cosy bedroom in a shared Maltese townhouse

Enjoy a stylish experience in a shared Maltese townhouse located in St Julians, walking distance to Balluta Bay and Paceville. The private room has an AC and offers a shared hallway, back yard, laundry, living area, kitchen and bathroom which forms part of a converted classical Maltese townhouse. The room and shared areas rents fully furnished and equipped. Guests are provided with clean bedhseets and towels. A self check-in service is provided to check-in and out at any time.



Please note that the room and the shared space is on the first floor with no lift. The host family of five (2 adults & 3 children born 2023, 2016 and 2014) live on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The house also has another private room for rent for 2 persons and hosts an office with 4 employees working only between 9AM and 5PM on Monday - Friday.



During the day you will hear the people working in the office and the kids. We bring the kids to school on schooldays at 8AM and pick them up sometime between 2 PM and 5 PM depending on school activities. This space might not suit you if wish to have a a total quiet place during the day but you will get a good night sleep. After 9PM when the kids are put to bed it is very quiet.



Please also note that the room is small. Its highest point is 185 cm and measures approx. 6 m2.



We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM by which we can guarantee that the room is ready. If you arrive earlier during the day you may leave your luggage and make use of the common areas such as bathroom and kitchen.



This property is managed by DeVink Estates. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information.



Official check-out is latest 10AM. If you wish to leave luggage during the day after check-out you may do so.
