An opportunity to stay on a boat on Ocean Village Marina for a lovely night away and unique experience. Newly renovated yacht with space for 5 to sleep. Ideal for couples or families or small groups of friends to have the opportunity to stay on a yacht and experience marina living. 2 en-suite bedrooms.

The space -
2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Master bedroom has a double bed and the forward bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk bed above. 1 of the bathrooms has a shower. Marina showers and toilets are also available for you to use 24 hours. Living area with sofa and coffee table, dining area with table and 2 benches (comfortable dining for 5 guests) Kitchen area with fridge, freezer, electric hob and microwave. Kettle, hot and cold water. Heating system throughout the whole boat. 240v electric supply with plugs and USB in all rooms. Terrace, balcony area looking over the water and flybridge area with 2 bench seats large enough for 5-6 guests. Towels and toiletries included.

Guest access and parking -
You will have access to the whole boat. Free parking included in your stay with us.

Surrounding Area -
The marina is surrounded with bars, restaurants, cinema, spa, coop and Tesco all walking distance.

Other Information -
Marina pass included to access the marina (please use this if returning to boat but leave on boat on departure) … please keep safe. Losing the pass incurs a fee of £50 for replacement.

Please respect neighbours, keep noise to a normal UK allowed level.

Please respect the boat, do not play with any driving and cockpit equipment.

No smoking inside the boat

No young children unaccompanied at any times, please message first enquiring about young children

Nobody is allowed to enter the boat unless on the booking. If 4 guests book, then only 4 can enter the boat etc.. if you want visitors you must enquire and tell us first.
