Casa Paz offers you the opportunity to stay within a walled enclosure that is more than seventeen centuries old.<br>Stroll through the historic streets while the city sleeps, take in the view of the wall’s adarve from the living room, and sip coffee as you watch people pass by.<br>The home has been lovingly and carefully renovated with attention to detail to provide a welcoming experience. I hope you feel the same way.<br>The space<br>The house has two levels; the first level (the building’s third floor) is accessible via stairs or an elevator (68 cm wide and approximately 80 cm deep) that opens directly inside the house. To access the second level (the floor below the deck), you must climb stairs. This home is accessible to people with limited mobility but is not suitable for people in wheelchairs.<br>With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is enough space to comfortably accommodate six people. The master bedroom is on the first level and features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the second level, the other two bedrooms, also with double beds, share a bathroom.<br>The different rooms offer distinct atmospheres—a neutral color scheme (150x200cm bed), a bedroom with a bed facing the wall (150x200cm bed), or a burst of flowers (135x190cm bed)—making it hard to choose.<br>A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook awaits, where you’ll find everything you need to make the perfect cup of coffee or tea. We’ve installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system in the sink faucet, providing high-quality drinking water and eliminating the need for plastic bottles.<br>In the living room, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and offer an unbeatable view of the Roman wall.<br>Guest access<br>The apartment has a laundry room equipped with a washer-dryer that features a steam wash cycle for delicate items, as well as the essentials for taking care of your clothes.<br>You’ll also find basic cleaning supplies if you need them.<br>Other things to note<br>The parking included in the price is a spot in a public parking lot 200 meters from the house—a 2-minute walk down a pedestrian street—with 24-hour surveillance.<br>Electric vehicle charging is available but not included.<br>If you wish to use the parking, you must provide your registration information at least 48 hours in advance.
