Outdoors and swimming pool
The property boasts a large private park (roughly 10.000 sq m), with lawn areas, low plants and flowers. The garden is completely fenced and has an electric gate, and a small pedestrian gate. The villa is in a sunny, panoramic position, making it great for outdoor meals with its barbecue in outbuilding n. 1. The fenced swimming pool is on a slightly lower level than the house and is 12 metres by 5.5 with a depth of 1.4m. It’s externally paved and features sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a large gazebo with tables and armchairs, making it perfect for admiring the surrounding countryside while relaxing in the shade. The villa is surrounded by several relaxing areas with children’s games, a ping pong table and a volleyball court with synthetic grass. The villa has two floors which are connected via an indoor staircase. The modern white furniture and attention to detail create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The dining room, fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access to the veranda and a small bathroom (wc and sink) round up the ground floor. The indoor staircase leads up to the first floor, where guests will find a hallway with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with an extra single bed and with a bathroom with shower/bathtub, a double bedroom with an extra single bed and bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower. Outbuilding n.1 is right next to the villa and features the washing room and the area with the stonework barbecue. Outbuilding n. 2 is close to the swimming pool, with a changing room and bathroom with shower. The entire villa is air conditioned.

The villa is in a large private property which overlooks the Val di Chiana valley, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.

Important information
Check-in between 4pm and 7pm only. Swimming pool available from May 1st to October 30th. Small pets are permitted, at a fee of 80 euros per week.

The property is perfect for relaxing and for going on outings. Tuscany’s main tourist attractions are all easy to reach thanks to the nearby motorway. We suggest visiting the beautiful cities of Tuscany (Siena, Arezzo, Firenze) and Umbria (Assisi, Perugia) and their cultural places of interest and food and wine products, as well as visiting lake Trasimeno. The world-famous Chianti area is also nearby, less than an hour’s drive away.
