The villa is tastefully-furnished, is ample, and is 280 m². It has views of the garden and the swimming pool.
The property is located 900 m from Praia do Cavalo Preto sand beach, 1 km from Forte Novo sand beach, 1 km from Bj´s Oceanside from the restaurant, 2 km from Praia de Quarteira sand beach, 2 km from Marufo chiken piri-piri from the restaurant, 2 km from Lidl supermarket, 3 km from Vale do Lobo golf course, 3 km from Quarteira city, 4 km from Vilamoura city, 4 km from Aquashow water park, 25 km from Faro airport, 28 km from Zoomarine amusement park / theme park. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 500 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), alarm, heat pump, air-conditioned, private swimming pool and car park the same building, 1 TV.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Ein tolles Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit mehreren Personen. Allerdings ist das Haus etwas älter und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig.

A comunicação com os gestores da casa era demasiado remota /robótica/impessoal, especialmente o check-in foi desnecessariamente problemático. A casa é fantástica e a arquitetura interessante. Muitas pequenas falhas funcionais, nas luzes, portas, canalização, casas de banho. A frente da casa precisa de toques urgentes na sua façada/pintura. No total ficamos satisfeitos.

Villa needs a full refurbishment

We were expecting great things from the listing however the villa did not live up to expectations. The villa was very dated, run down and dirty. Cons: The kitchen cupboards did not open and close properly, the crockery and cutlery was a mis match of items collected over the last 40 years, cracked floor tiles, no curtains fitted the windows so we had to put suitcases at the bottom of the windows to block out the light, a window was cracked, there was a 2 slice toaster for 12 guests, the fridge and dishwasher were dirty. We stayed for 4 nights so had 3 full days there as we could not check in until 5pm. On one of the afternoons 4 gardeners turned up unannounced with 2 ride on lawn mowers, industrial leaf blowers and strimmers. They were there from 1.30pm-4.30pm. The noise was so loud we had to go inside and spent the afternoon in the villa. A complete waste of an afternoon around the pool. One of the villa policies is that you need to get rid of your rubbish which is completely understandable. The nearest bins are a 10 min walk away, not great if you don’t hire a car. The pros, the air con was fantastic and the outside pool area and grounds were lovely although the sunbeds, tables and outside sofas were all dirty. If you want a modern, clean villa this is not for you. It was not worth the money which is such a shame as the property could be absolutely stunning and it probably was in the 70’s !!
