This 3 storey comes with 4 double bedrooms (1 double & 3 SUPER KING size beds), 2 shower rooms & 1 bathroom. 0.5 miles (10 min walk) from Wales's popular beach & Coney Island pleasure park.

The home has high end fittings, a modern kitchen and good garden space. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.
The space
The Dunes has a spectacular modern finishes throughout.

The ground floor welcomes you into a large hallway with two double bedrooms with SUPER KING size beds, each with their own internet TV (both beds conveniently separate into two single beds for twin sleeping arrangements if needed).
Uniquely the ground floor also boasts a games room/bar/ utility room. If you want to have fun during your stay this is perfect for large groups or families. Enjoy a competitive game of table tennis and drinks with the minibar/ beer fridge. The ground floor also includes a large shower room.

Externally you have a large garden space consisting of decking and patio area. The patio comes complete with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy a morning coffee or social sundowners after a day at the beach.

Moving up to the first floor you will find a double bedroom, a large bathroom and an extravagant living, dining and kitchen area that comfortably hosts your large group of 8-10 guests. This impressive social space allows you to relax on a large ‘U’ shaped sofa that provides more than enough seating in the beautiful lounge area.

The stylish kitchen comes fully equipped with an American style fridge freezer and integrated dish washer . You will find every utensil, pan, crockery item & glassware you need to enjoy your stay.

Up to the third floor there is a large 4th bedroom with super king bed (which can also split to two large singles) as well as a roll out futon for 2 extra guests. Finally there is a third large shower room with light up mirror and vanity unit.
Guest access
The whole house is exclusively yours.
Other things to note
All bed linen and towels are provided, plus basic toiletries, laundry essentials, teas and coffees and cleaning supplies.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house.

PARKING

Free on street parking at Rhych Avenue walking distance from The Dunes (turn left as you leave the front door, cross at the zebra crossing and then turn
right). When parking please make sure not to block anyone’s driveway, Thank you.

PETS
We welcome pets and service animals.

HOUSE RULES

•Absolutely NO late night parties allowed
•No guests other than those confirmed to stay at the house
•No loud music after 10pm
•No smoking in the house
•No shoes to be worn in the house

The house is located in a beautiful residential neighbourhood and we MUST respect our neighbours and the wonderful people in the town. Any reported behaviour will result in guests being asked to leave.
