Mountain Breezes Studio is your alpine home away from home. The open-plan living/dining/bedroom has plenty of space for you to relax. The living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed, chairs and a comfortable corner dining table. This studio has a separate semi-private bedroom that contains a double bed. Spend time on your private balcony, which is the ideal spot to enjoy the stunning views and breathe in the mountain air.
The kitchen has a stovetop, fridge and microwave and is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glassware and cutlery. Restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are only a few minutes walk from Mountain Breezes Studio.

In summer, Kitzsteinhorn, Maiskogel and Schmittenhöhe are a nature lover’s paradise. Enjoy one of the many hiking and biking trails- and stop for lunch at one of the mountain Alms. Lake Zell is perfect for sailing, swimming and water sports. Only a short distance from Mountain Breezes Studio, you will discover the Sigmund Thun-Gorge, Kaprun High Mountain Reservoirs, Krimml Waterfalls (Europe’s highest waterfall) and the High Alpine Grossglockner Mountain Road.
In the winter, the Ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See provide the best pistes in Austria. For beginners, the Lechnerberg slope is only 350m from your front door. The local resorts of Kitzsteinhorn (100% snow guarantee Oct- early summer), Schmittenhöhe and Familienberg Maiskogel offer over 138km of perfectly groomed pistes. In addition, the Ski Circus at Saalbach/Hinterglemm and the Höchkonig Ski resort at Maria Alm can be reached within 40 minutes by car.
Transport is easy- there is free parking for one car. A bus stop and the free Ski Bus is only a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Kaprun sits in the valley of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, surrounded by mountains and lush valleys, and is part of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The park was established in 1981 and covers a landscape of high mountains, deep valleys and lakes more than 1800 km.
