Your days are sure to be filled with adventure, but the best trips allow you to unwind as well. So Simple Serenity is designed for you to kick back, relax, and restore.

Equipped with everything you need, this studio features a rustic gas fireplace, large smart tv, and private outdoor balcony. Sliding glass doors open to the outdoor space with beautiful forest views which you can enjoy on Adirondack chairs.

Inside, the modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster oven for convenient cooking at home. Barstool seating lines the kitchen counter where you can fuel up with a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes. Come back home in the evenings to enjoy dinner at the dining table with seating for 4 as you share the highlights of the day.

This studio home is expertly furnished for both comfortable living and maximized sleeping space. A queen-sized Murphy bed can be stowed away during the day, while cozy linens await when you open the bed for a sound night of sleep. A convertible sleeper sofa, also queen-size, provides additional sleeping space.

- Full access to the studio. There are other units next door, so please be respectful during your stay.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit. The unit is up a few flights of stairs.

-Gate code to parking lot will be provided.

- The studio has a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

- 2 parking spots are provided.

- Shared washer and dryer onsite.

-There will be a $100 replacement fee if the rec center access card is lost or taken.

- Smoking and pets are not allowed. The homeowner is extremely allergic - for those who will be travelling with pets, we ask you please consider another unit that can accommodate pet-friendly needs.

There is a $10 per person/per day fee paid to the Rec Center.

This allows access to Northstar recreation center with many features including:
- Multiple hot tubs
- Heated pools
- Fully equipped gym
- Tennis and pickleball courts
- Expansive game room

Simple Serenity gives you direct access to Tahoe ski country. Northstar California Resort is just a 3 minute walk away with 20 lifts and 100 runs including options for every level! Your stay is right in the heart of mountainside dining, boutique shopping, and events in the Village all at your fingertips.
