surroundings. Outside is a patio and sheltered deck with outdoor
cooking/dining facilities. From the deck, a short flight of steps leads
down to a private pool overlooking the lush valleys of Rio de la Miel.
Inside the villa is an open-plan kitchen and living/dining areas, two
shared bathrooms, and three bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 twin
bedroom).

The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
