On the second (top) floor we find the last bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, over head shower, WC, sink and bidet. From the fourth bedroom we walk onto the sunny roof terrace with beautiful views to the gardens and the sea. The basement has a spacious TV room and some gym equipment with an additional cloakroom with WC and sink. There is a second cloakroom next to the property entrance with WC and sink. This property has a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection throughout the house. The lift/elevator is not available for holiday rentals. The property is fully air conditioned and it’s located only 50 meters away from the closest beach at the end of the street.
