Villa Bella is a 2 beds bungalow situated in a serene and tranquil location on the eastern part of the island. This property benefits from a large gated stunning ground and a terrace overlooking a swimming pool. It is a great place to relax and enjoy Mauritius with family or friends.
The beautiful Palmar beach is only 5 minutes drive away and the town of Flacq is 15 mins away where you can have access to the Super U shopping mall.
There are a variety of restaurants and water activities nearby.

Rental Conditions
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No safety fence around the pool.
The swimming pool is cleaned once a week (Mondays) and there is a maintenance person who will visit every Mondays to put the bins out for collection. Any extra cleaning of the pool or the house during the customer's stay can be provided with additional charge.
Transfer from and to airport can be arranged with additional charge.
It is not allowed to organise any parties or gathering without approval from Villa Bella owner.
Smoking is not allowed in the house and if you smoke around the ground, please can discard of cigarettes ends in the bins.
The house must be returned to the same condition of check in otherwise fees can be charged to customer.
Amount of security deposit of 200 euros must be paid in cash upon check in by customer. This will be refunded upon check out.
