Spectacular 3-level Townhouse with breathtaking panoramic oceanfront views, completely new, that fuses in one place the beauty of the Island's nature with the luxury and comfort that "Casa Serena" offers, in its 6 spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom of it´s own. It also has a guest bathroom, a large dining room for 12 persons, a fully equipped kitchen to organize the main meals of the day in a relaxed atmosphere, a TV room, a common pool, and an exclusive private roof top, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets that Isla Mujeres offers.
Casa Serena also offers a private parking space for a golf cart (commonly used on the Island) or small car, and high-speed internet for each user.

The property is new and will be very nice as they work through several “new home” issues. They addressed plumbing issues half way through our stay which were much needed. The rooftops are not yet finished and marginally useful. The housekeeping was not as frequent as described on listing bit well dome when there. Will be a great property when it is matched to the description online.

Beautiful property and great location!

We come to the island 5x/year. This is a great location & a beautiful home. As always, we felt safe at all times. If I would have read this review, I may not have booked this property because of these issues. The pools where shared & not heated, no filtered water dispenser, issues with hot water on 2nd & 3rd floor, only a clothing washer but no dryer (as the listing said), the front door locks where very inconvenient with 2 different codes for entry, window coverings are needed in the hallways over looking the walkways. However, the furnishings, bedding & linens were fabulous. A excellent view from the top floors. The communication with the host was always timely.

It was a pleasure to host you at Casa Serena. We’re truly sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. In Isla Mujeres, heated pools are uncommon due to the region’s consistently high temperatures throughout most of the year. The warm, humid climate, with temperatures typically ranging from 25°C to 36°C, makes heating systems unnecessary for pools. We have a drinking water dispenser in the kitchen with a temperature control feature that uses a water bottle, which is a common system in the region. The washing machine is a dual-function unit that serves as both a washer and dryer. As for the hallway, we don’t have curtains, only in that space, to allow the beautiful island light to flow through. Additionally, the entry code is in place to ensure the safety and security of our guests. We truly hope you enjoyed the house overall. It would be wonderful to welcome you back and personally guide you through these details to make your next stay even more enjoyable. Warm regards from paradise,

Increíble!! Mejor de lo que se en en las fotos

La casa está increíble, impecanle y comoda Fuimos 3 parejas y nuestross hijos adolescentes Tiene muchas zonas para estar ! Todos juntos l divididos adultos de adolescentes. La vista es inigualable en el roof top No le gace falta nada! La ubicación es perfecta tienes restaurante de un lado y del otro una playita que puedes nadar y el malecon invreible para caminar por la mañana o por las tardes.
