Town house EL CASTELL in the centre of Els Poblets

Cozy village house with a small pool in the courtyard (available starting in July) in the center of Els Poblets, very well maintained, and accommodating up to 4 people.
The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen with direct access to the patio where the pool is located, and a half-bath. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom and another bedroom with a double bed, both with open-plan bathrooms featuring showers.The house is fully equipped with air conditioning (cooling/heating) in the kitchen, living-dining room, and bedrooms; a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Spanish TV and satellite TV (ASTRA), Wi-Fi, patio furniture, electric radiators in the bathroom and kitchen, a gas stove, etc.
The sandy beach is about 2 km away. Els Poblets is a small, charming coastal town with a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. The center of Denia is 9.5 km away and can be easily reached by car in about 10 minutes. The Denia region on the Costa Blanca is an ideal place to spend your vacation. It features a mild Mediterranean climate, long sandy beaches, and beautiful mountain scenery. Denia offers excellent amenities and a wide range of leisure activities, including a marina, a fish market, a beautiful historic center, as well as outstanding dining options—not to mention its vibrant nightlife. The 20 km of beach offer something for everyone: areas for various sports such as surfing and sailing, beach bars, sunbathing areas, and beautiful coves. Dénia is located halfway between Valencia and Alicante; the airports in both cities are about an hour’s drive away.
