The Place located near to beach 50m & surrounded by JLH beach restaurant (A-Grade), Refresh Restaurant, KK Boutiques, Green wave wellness and Sandagiri Supermarket. 1.4 km to the Hikkaduwa railway and bus stations. Groceries, fruits, vegetables, wine stores, fashion, fancy items, laundromat, sea bath, scuba diving & surfing in walking distance. A/C Bed room with King size (72"x78") bed & attached bathroom with hot water. Private kitchen with dining, wet kitchen & laundry. Special rates for long stays.

The 530sqft villa consist of ground floor (265sqft.) and first floor (265 sqft). Dining, Kitchen, Wet Kitchen and laundry are on ground floor. A/C Bedroom (215 sqft), Working space and attached bathroom with hot water are on 1st floor. safe and friendly surrounding.

The whole building able to be used by the guest. Since you have private access, You can access any time. Free parking available

Hikkaduwa is childhood home town, It is so familiar to me. Further hikkaduwa is a highly tourist attractive area in Sri Lanka.

The property is ready to Just come and Stay. Facilities that need for guests willing to stay longer are accommodated in site properly. Property is near to beach (50m). the property is surrounded by A grade restaurants, Spa, Fashion and fancy shops. Guests can easily reach to sea bath, scuba and diving, surfing, night clubs, supermarkets etc. with in 2-5 min walking.
