Problem with fake owner

We had a problem - the owner claimed that he does not cooperate with the Vrbo app and that he does not have any reservation in my name. We were forced to return home because we had nowhere to sleep. We contacted your customer service which after several calls and time managed to return the partial amount that we paid. Which we think is not ok. The problem was not us, who paid properly, but the owner of the apartment. And we were left financially damaged. The only bright spot at the end of the tunnel is the customer service who did their best to alleviate this major inconvenience. Whether we will use your app again is now debatable.
