The Space:
LOCATION:
A simply fantastic location in Manchester City Centre. To check our exact location search Aldi Urban Exchange as we’re a stones throw from there. Here you can grab any food and drink needed for your stay. You’ll find the whole city on your doorstep and the beautiful Cutting Room Square is just a minute walk away. Here you’ll find a host of our favourite restaurants such as Sugo Pasta Kitchen and you’ll be in the hustle and bustle of Northern Quarter where you’ll find bars, cafes, restaurants, street art, Afleck’s Palace and much more! Mackie Mayor is one of our favourite places to visit for food and a drink.
TRANSPORT
You can park across the street for £10 a day. We have great transport links – we’re 15 minutes walk from the two main train stations, Piccadilly and Victoria. We're also a short walk from Manchester’s tram network with Shudehill Interchage being our closest station. You can conveniently reach both Manchester football stadiums from here – Old Trafford and the Etihad.

A huge room with extra seating and loads of storage. We supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience

Another large room with space to relax and unwind. Our building is super quiet so you won’t be disturbed at night by street noise.

A clean space to freshen up and get ready for your day we also supply shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.

WIFI:
Perfect for home working with super fast WIFI. Work or pleasure you’ll be able to stream uninterrupted.
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d find in a family home. We also provide tea and coffee for your convenience. You’ll find a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, plates etc. We also have a washing machine.
DINING AREA:
We have a dining table and chairs to comfortably sit 4 people.
GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washing machine which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets) and a high chair.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

Make the most of your time in Manchester with our personalised welcome guide to Manchester. We live here and know all the best places to go, restaurants to eat, bars to drink in and museums to visit. We also have a contact for Manchester United or Manchester City tickets.
GOOD TO KNOW:
You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 11.30AM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3PM and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.
