La mia casa si trova sul lungomare dell'Addaura, all’interno di un residence,in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde con una vista mozzafiato di fronte al golfo di Mondello.
Luminosissima e spaziosa la mia casa ė composta da due camera da letto matrimoniali con bagni in camera e cabine armadi. Una camera singola ed altri due bagni.
Un ampia area living attrezzata di tutto con accesso diretto alla terrazza con vista mare.
Una terrazza di fronte al golfo di Mondello vista sul mare, attrezzata con salottino,zona pranzo e area fitness.
Ideale per assaporare i vostri momenti di relax godendovi il panorama sul mare e tramonti da sogno.
Dotato di tutti i confort tutta la casa dispone di un impianto di climatizzazione canalizzato, impianto termico a pavimento, zona lavanderia, area fitness, connessione wi-fi videocitofono.

The view, the view, the view!! We were a party of 5 and had plenty of room for all of us. Host Giulia was very quick to answer any questions we had (usually within minutes). She actually lives upstairs but you wouldn't know it. We only saw her when it was time to check in and the day we checked out. The house is a little outside the city of Palermo but not too far to be a hassle. Having a car is helpful to get around and up the hill to the house. Being on the hill is what gives you that amazing view. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The panoramic ocean view is breathtaking and was the highlight of every morning and evening. We found ourselves lingering on the terrace, simply taking in the scenery—it truly never gets old.The home itself is beautifully appointed, thoughtfully designed, and filled with artistic touches that make it feel both elegant and welcoming. It was exceptionally comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.What made the experience even more special was our host, Giulia. She was incredibly warm, accommodating, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, offer helpful recommendations, and make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Her gracious hospitality made us feel truly welcome.We visited during the height of the tourist season, yet the home felt like a peaceful sanctuary. Tucked away from the crowded beaches and bustling tourist areas, it offered the perfect balance of easy access to the region's attractions while providing a quiet retreat to return to each day.
