Stunning contemporary bright and modern spacious one bedroom garden flat

A beautiful modern spacious one bedroom apartment with a garden and floor to ceiling windows in all rooms. A 3 minutes walk to Barnes station on level ground and then 20 minutes straight to Waterloo. Barnes station also has 3 lifts for platform accessibility making it a perfect location for exploring London or the south of England. Clapham junction is 15 minutes by train with connections to Gatwick airport and many other destinations. An office overlooking the garden is perfect for home from home working. The garden and patios are perfect for eating outside with a dining table and chairs seating 6 and an additional table and chairs for enjoying a drink or reading. Shops and restaurants are within a 7 minute walk and Barnes village with independent shops, restaurants a cinema and theatre a 15 minute flat walk. Barnes common is a 2 minute walk from the apartment which has many different walks and the Wetlands Centre is a 30 minute walk. Heathrow airport is 30 minutes drive and Gatwick 1 hr. A full size single blowup mattress can be requested at the time of booking and will be put up in the office so the apartment can sleep three. Really comfortable and ideal for our needs given property is well served by public transport and close to Barnes which has good eating places , a movie theatre and a Farmers market every sturday

Great modern light filled in Barnes.

This place was exactly what we hoped for in Barnes! It is a very modern, new first floor apartment in a new building. Floor to ceiling windows with lovely outside space. 2 full bathrooms and a nice kitchen. Very close to the Barnes train station. We will stay here again and recommend it to others. The host met us and explained how to use the kitchen appliances, etc. She was very nice. The only thing to be aware of is the train line is quite close. The vibrations can feel like a thunderstorm or some other disturbance. It's not loud as much as you can feel it. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of.

Great SW London base

The flat is wonderfully located with easy access to Barnes, Putney and transport into Central London. The flat is light and airy and has a great self-contained garden. The hosts are extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

The apartment benefits from floor to ceiling windows and doors in all the living areas and doors open out onto the surrounding terrace and garden. Outside chairs and a dining area for 6 compliment the outside private space. A king size bed with beautiful linen looking out onto the garden with an en-suite shower room and separate bathroom with a bath help make your stay relaxing. The office is perfect for working from and also looks out onto the garden. A fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area complete the beautifully appointed apartment. Easy access to the centre of London and South of England make this a perfect place as a base or to explore the beautiful surrounding area which boasts many walks across the common from outside the apartment and Barnes Wetland Centre is a 15 minute walk.
