Pydelspring is great for couples, solo travellers and business trips with free high speed Wi-Fi 40" Smart HD TV with on demand services & private parking

Now dog friendly, if you are bringing your dog, please add this to your reservation. Lyme Barn is perfect for exploring the incredible West Dorset coastline, Golden Cap & Stonebarrow walks are available from the front door. Whether you would like to walk the coastal path or visit the sites and places of Charmouth or Lyme Regis which make this area one of the most beautiful places in the UK.

Pydelspring is ideally located for those who wish to walk the Jurassic Coastline. The coastal footpath is only 10 minutes walk from your accommodation. You can pick up anything your need from the local stores, either Felicities Farm shop or Moores Biscuits in Morcombelake. There are a selection of shops, a cafe and amenities in Charmouth just a 5 minute drive away heading West on the A35, or head East to Bridport which offers supermarkets, a street market on Wednesdays and Saturdays and a host of artisan shops.

We will accept only 1 well behaved dog.

Please note that Lyme Barn is situated on the A35 therefore, some parts of the day muffled traffic noise from tree-screened A35 can be sometimes heard from the garden.

We have free on-site parking. Pydelspring Cottage is also on a main bus route, the bus stop is at the bottom of the garden so there is no need to drive to visit local villages, towns etc.

OUR GARDEN FURNITURE IS STORED AWAY FOR THE WINTER MONTHS.

Wonderful stay, The welcome of fizzy, Bread , Jam and butter etc was extremely welcome and enjoyed. Super clean house, very well equipped and a great location. Very warm and cosy and very highly recommended.

Great property for two plus dashound to be greeted with with provisions and dog treats was excellent it saves having to go out again after driving there. The only bad point is road noise when relaxing outside the rest was just as we would of wanted it 9 out of10

Wunderbar mit Stil eingerichtete FeWo. Sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Ruth (die Vermieterin) ist sehr herzlich. Viel nette Kleinigkeiten wie z. B. Butter und Brot als Willkommenspräsent und dazu die herrlichen Ginger-Kekse. Die Küche bereitet alles Notwendige incl. 4-Platten Ceranfeld-Herd. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschiene sind ebenso vorhandenEs tut einem im Herzen weh, dass direkt hinter dem Garten eine vielbefahrene Strasse läuft mit Verkehr bis spät in die Nacht. Daher war für uns draussen zu sitzen leider keine Option. Die Isolation von Fenster und Haus ist so gut, dass der Lärm innen kaum zu hören istEs ist wichtig zu wissen, das einem der Verkehrslärm nicht stören darf, um die tolle Unterkunft in vollen zügen geniessen zu können.

We had a lovely stay at this property, privacy and peace, which was just what we were looking for, only sorry that we couldn't stay longer! The cottage was excellent, with everything you need for a short stay, and very well equipped. There was fresh bread, milk, jam, Lurpak (my preference), and even some locally made biscuits, which were lovely, all provided by our Host Ruth, thank you Ruth. We will be booking again!

The location of Pydelspring is perfect for exploring Dorset and Devon, coastal villages or country villages are on the doorstep. There are local walks available from the cottage front door. There is always something to do and see what ever time of year you visit.

Pydelspring was recently refurbished, it is clean and a perfect retreat for couples, we also accept 1 well behaved dog as we know dogs are part of your family. There are several walks available from the front door. Pydelspring is on the A35 which has a regular buses so if you don't want to drive, no problem.
