Beautiful holiday home with a private spa among the hills of Langhe and Roero, an oasis of true relaxation where you will be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with an independent entrance and garden.
We are just a few minutes away from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco, and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Additionally, we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can be visited in a day.

Upon entering, you will find the cozy living area, with a kitchenette featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and elegant cutlery.
The living area is a separate space, with a table and chairs for comfortable dining. Coffee is offered with a Nescafé machine with assorted capsules, as well as tea, herbal teas, water, fresh fruit, and a bottle of wine.
You will also find some board games, cards, and a turntable with vinyl records to enjoy excellent music during your stay.

The entrance door features a large window from which you can admire the surrounding green hills and access a small terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

You will have a master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with memory mattress and padded topper for a great rest, an LG 42' Smart TV that allows you to watch Netflix, Prime, YouTube, or other services with your account, satellite TV, safe, wardrobe, as well as a room with a single bed, where, inside elegant vintage furniture, you will also find a washing machine, drying rack, cleaning products, and an iron.

Moreover, for your moments of absolute relaxation, you can enjoy a wonderful terrace with a table, chairs, umbrella, and two sun loungers, where you can admire the sunsets over Langhe and Roero while sipping a glass of wine.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower and hand shower, bidet, hairdryer, towel warmer, mirror, and ample storage space. Soft towels of various sizes and a welcome kit are provided.

For bookings of 4 or 5 people, or upon request, you will also have access to an additional room with a comfortable queen size bed with memory mattress and padded topper, safe, TV, private bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, hairdryer, towel warmer, and mirror.

You can park your car for free on the road next to the wall adjacent to the entrance. The road is private and extremely quiet.
