ダブルハウスの1階半分に滞在する素晴らしい場所。
Sarphatiparkのすぐ隣にあります。 場所は完全に完備されており、設備の整ったキッチン、バスタブ/シャワー付きのバスルームが備わっています。
ピアノ、テレビ、WIFIがすべて利用可能です。
朝食は利用できません。

公共交通機関：トラム4とトラム3の交差点付近。
トラム4は、アムステルダム中央駅とアムステルダムRAI駅の間を走っており、どちらもAMSスキポール空港に直結しています。 トラム3はアムステルダム・アムステル駅に接続し、ヴァン・ゴッホ美術館、国立博物館、ロイヤル・コンサートホール、アンネ・フランクの博物館の近くなど、多くの市長に沿って運行しています。

Pros: great location in a wonderful neighborhood; clean; spacious apartment for up to 3 adults or a family w/ 2 children Cons: dryer stopped working the day prior to our check in and never fixed (stayed for 5 nights); Washer didn’t spin all the water out of our clothes so had to travel to next country with very wets clothes: no plug in the bathroom.

I stayed 7 days at this apartment. The hosts,Claire and Sven were awsome hosts. The kitchen was well equiped. Very clean. Located very close to grocery stores and tram stop not to mention Albert Cuyp market. I highly recommend this property and plan to return.

Sven and Claire’s place was perfect for our family of 4! The proximity to the park was even closer than the we anticipated, and spent hours at the playground just steps away. We cooked in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. I’ll recommend this spot to anyone who asks, and hope we can come back again!

Claire’s home is located in a very cool neighborhood just south of Central Amsterdamm called The Pijp (pronounced “pipe”. There is a park a few steps from her place, plenty of places to eat and drink, and a fantastic outdoor market that is about 3 blocks long that has everything you might want. Plus, it is easy walking distance to major museums and central Amsterdam. Her place is perfect do a couple or a family with young children. It has a full kitchen, with stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Plus it has a washer AND dryer, which is unusual. Claire answered all of our questions promptly. We stayed there a full week, and it was a perfect location to start all of our excursions. I highly recommend it.

Our opinion? This was the best location to stay in Amsterdam. We traveled with our 14-year-old daughter and found so many cozy restaurants, shops and kind people in De Pijp. It was great being close to the outdoor market and having easy access to the train. It was wonderful to come home to a warm & comfortable setting. Claire and Sven’s apartment had exactly what we needed. The beds are very comfortable & the space is clean. And there’s a piano to play! Claire was very responsive to our questions. 5 stars!!

Our host communicated promptly to all our questions. The place was charming and located in a fantastic area. It is walking distance from shops, restaurants, museums, public transportation, a great market, and a large park. We were quite comfortable and had everything we needed. They were very helpful and accommodating with our schedule. Would stay here again.

A beautiful stay

We loved staying at Claire and Sven’s. They were incredibly accommodating hosts, and their place was built and is maintained with a lot of care. The location was fantastic and we loved seeing the birds and cat visitor in the back yard.

Check-in and check-out were so easy. They even allowed us to arrive a bit earlier than the scheduled check-in time. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the location: just a block or two to restaurants, groceries, the metro, and an amazing local street market. We would stay here again!

Wonderful neighborhood, comfy, quirky, homey abode with a bonus visit from a grey cat through the bedroom French doors. Hosts were genuinely concerned and accommodating when we had some initial confusion about which door was the entrance. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
