The “Viúva Lamego” tiles, featured in the kitchen and bathroom, exemplify the use of Portuguese construction materials that give the house a unique and authentic identity.

The house features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy.

With a sunny atmosphere and a private garden, the house provides the perfect space to relax, enjoy outdoor meals, or simply soak in the island's tranquility. Ideal for those looking to explore the city on foot, discover local flavors, and truly immerse themselves in the daily life of São Miguel's residents.

Casa Açoriana is located in the center of Ponta Delgada, offering a calm and comfortable environment for guests who want to explore the city and surrounding nature. We kindly ask guests to respect the environment and neighbors by avoiding excessive noise, especially at night. The house has some steps and outdoor areas, so it is not wheelchair accessible. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required, with no exceptions. We provide bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries. The Wi-Fi connection is reliable and suitable for both remote work and leisure. We recommend guests bring any specific items they may need during their stay.

House Manual – A Few Simple Guidelines

We keep things simple, but these few rules help ensure a great stay for everyone:

1 - No smoking indoors. If you smoke, please use the outdoor areas.
2 - Garbage disposal: Please do not leave trash inside the house. Use the nearby bins.
3 - Save energy: Remember to turn off all lights when you leave the house.
4 - Respect the neighbors: Portuguese law requires noise levels to be kept to a minimum after 11:00 pm (23:00). You’re on holiday, but others around you are not—please be considerate.
5 - Security: Always lock the door when entering or leaving the house.
6 - Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
7 - No parties or events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are not permitted.
8 - Towels: White towels are for indoor bath use only—please avoid stains. Towels must remain on the property. Separate beach towels are available for rent if needed.
