Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a tumble dryer. For entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, table tennis, table football and dart board, and a selection of books and games. A travel cot is available and a highchair is available on request. Outside there is driveway parking for two cars with additional roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, and a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets welcome; more pets welcome by prior arrangement.
