Villa Fiumetto is an elegant and modern property, situated between Forte dei Marmi and Seravezza, in a quiet area just 3 km from the beach.

The villa boasts a well-kept and fully fenced garden with a high hedge, lawn and palm trees.

Within the garden you will find a lovely pool (10.5 x 5 m, depth 1.40 - 2.10 m), open from 1st June to 30th October, and equipped with sun loungers, parasol and external shower.

Among the outdoor spaces there is a large covered patio with dining table and barbecue, ideal for having alfresco meals.

At guests' disposal also a private parking for 5 cars (2 covered and 3 uncovered spaces).

Moreover near the villa there is a shop of e-bike rental.



Internal Description



Internally furnished in a modern and elegant style, Villa Fiumetto is spread over 2 floors (ground floor + first floor), not internally connected to each other. It can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Pets are not allowed.



Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a welcoming living room (with two sofas and tv) and a large kitchen, fully equipped with: dining table for 6 people, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.

Following is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), both equipped with wardrobe.

Lastly there is a laundry room, equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.



First floor: The first floor, which can only be accessed externally from the garden, houses a spacious and bright living area, furnished with: a double sofa bed, tv, fireplace, and dining table for 6 people. Then you will find a modern and large kitchen, fully equipped with: small bar counter, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.

The sleeping area consists of: 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and tv; 1 bedroom with French bed, desk, tv and wardrobe; 1 bedroom with French bed and wardrobe.

Two bathrooms with shower complete the floor.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
