Welcome to this beautiful holiday home, ideal for a trade fair visit or city trip. There is a lovely terrace where you can sit and relax while enjoying your drinks and meals. The interiors of the house are beautifully designed and decorated. You can also rest in the comfortable bedrooms.

The center for shopping and purchasing the items needed for the stay is not far away. The general supply for purchasing essentials is 200 m away. The restaurants are 200 meters away and offer delicious food and drinks. The Essen trade fair is 5 km away. There are many more tourist attractions worth visiting.

The kitchen is well equipped to prepare delicious meals. You can relax while watching TV in the living room. There is a lounge set where you can end the day with a drink of your choice. This house is perfect for a wonderful stay.
