Summary:
This modern one bedroom apartment is located on a cobbled street in the heart of the City. Very close to Liverpool's famous Anglican Cathedral and on the footstep of the scenic Georgian Quater. This apartment is situated perfectly for anyone to enjoy what they wish due to it's prime location. From sight seeing to indulging in the finest bars and restaurants, you can do it all based in the prime location that this apartment has to offer.
The Space:

Bedroom:
• The bedroom is fitted with a Double bed for 2 guests.
Living Space:
• Fitted with a single sofa bed for 1 guest.
• Equipped with a Smart TV
Kitchen Area:
• Equipped with Microwave, Kettle, Oven, and more.
Bathroom:
• Fitted with a modern shower, toilet and basin with complimentary towels and starter soaps.
Guest Access:
Our guests have access to all areas of the house & do not share the space with anyone else.
The Neighborhood:
This house is located in the heart of the city, with stunning views of the famous St Luke's Church. St Luke's Church, know locally as 'The Bombed Out Church' plays host to frequent events such as open air cinemas, beer festivals, and more! Situated at the top of the bustling Bold Street with an abundance of Liverpool's hottest food spots just minutes away.
The Roscoe pub is at the end of the road and there is a 5 minute walk to the Philharmonic Hall. With no shortage of shops, bars & restaurants at Liverpool One, a five minute walk away.
Getting Around:
You're in the heart of the city here! It's just a 8 minute stroll to the Liverpool Lime Street which offers great links to the Wirral Lines and other cities such as Manchester and Newcastle via train!
You're 15-20 minutes walk from Paradise St, the main bus & coach terminal too.
With Berry Street is a few minutes walk from the apartment which always has plenty of taxis too.
Other Things to Note:
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
