Villa Vigneto is an independent property, offering a private swimming pool with large garden. With the nearest town located just 700m away, you can easily drive to the nearest shops or even walk (about 25 minutes walk) to the nearest restaurants. Situated in a peaceful setting, the villa is ideal for those who wants to discover the beauty of Emilia-Romagna, with towns such as Faenza, Imola, Bologna and even the Adriatic Coast a short driving distance away.

The villa is split into two apartments that are connected on both floors.

Ginestra Apartment – Sleeps 6-8
Entrance on the ground floor, with a living area with dining room, fireplace, kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, and a bathroom with shower that is also suitable for disabled.
On the first floor we find the sleeping area consisting of two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. There is the possibility of adding two additional beds in these rooms.

Prugnolo Apartment – Sleeps 6-8
Entrance on the ground floor with living room, fireplace and lounge area with dining room. There is a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we find the bedrooms: one double, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. There is the possibility of adding two additional beds in these rooms.

Outside, the villa offers an expansive garden, with private swimming pool (12x6m) equipped with sun lounges. There is a gazebo with night lights equipped with table and chairs for each of the apartments, perfect for al-fresco dining.
