Located in the countryside near Cortona, Villa Amelia is a private villa divided into apartments with private pool suited for 26 people. The villa is of modern style while retaining some Tuscan features around the villa. This would suite large group or families looking for some private accommodation while being altogether.

Villa Amelia is composed of eight apartments (seven in the main building) and one in an annex.

Ground level:
Apartment 1 (35m2): is composed of a living room, kitchen corner, one double room (with air conditioning) and one bathroom with shower.
Apartment 2 (70m2): has its own entrance, a living room with kitchen area, two double rooms (with air conditioning), two bathrooms with shower.

First floor:
Apartment 3 (60m2): you will find a living room with kitchen corner, one double room, one triple room (double and single bed), one bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have air conditioning.
Apartment 4 (75m2): kitchen, large bedroom with double bed and a French size bed, one bathroom with shower, air conditioning.
Apartment 5 (70m2): entrance with living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, two double rooms and two bathrooms with shower, air conditioning.

Second floor:
Apartment 6 (40m2) is composed of a living room with kitchen corner, one room with double bed plus one French size bed with air conditioning, one bathroom with shower.
Apartment 7 (35m2) consists of a living room, kitchen area, one room with double bed plus a French size bed, with air conditioning and one bathroom with shower.

The last apartment is located in an annex (60m2) and consists of a kitchen, a fireplace, one double room and one twin room and two bathrooms with shower. This apartment is fully air conditioned.

In the main building there is a communal room with dining table and chairs, fireplace, a kitchen and two WC.
