A charming French door opens onto a private porch, furnished for outdoor relaxation and offering views of the villa's own swimming pool.



The villa comfortably accommodates guests in three tastefully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a cosy queen-size bed, a spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also houses a queen-size bed and a closet. The third bedroom, situated upstairs, includes a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, alongside access to the villa's private terrace.

Villa Prestigio is conveniently located 15 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and approximately 30 minutes from the airport.



Booking Policy:

- Check-in is scheduled between 15.00 and 20.00, requiring confirmation at least 48 hours in advance.

- Check-out is by 10.00.

- Requests for out-of-hours check-in or check-out may be accommodated, subject to availability and an additional fee of €20 to €40 for arrivals post 20.00.

- Organizing parties or events is prohibited.

- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside and outside the villa.

- Pets are not allowed.

- A Security Deposit of €250 and a Final Cleaning Charge of €225 are applicable.
