Ideally located, the villas are just a 20-minute drive from Kos airport and a 10-minute drive into Kos Town, and a few minutes from the sparkling shallow waters and
sandy beach of Tigaki with its watersports, cafes, and restaurants.

Surrounded by magical tropical gardens with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Each sea-facing sundrenched villa has its own private pool and terrace. Taf Beach Villas are the perfect residence to explore the beauty of Kos island and to experience the tranquility of life with full privacy.

Taf Beach Villas combines traditional hospitality with luxury comfort, set in beautiful tropical gardens, this unique residence boasts spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands of Pserimos and Kalymnos.

The unspoiled beach in front of the villas is accessed by a path in front of the villas, sunbeds and umbrellas are free to use for our guests on TAF beach.

Each villa has its own heated private pool and pool terrace with a dining area and a gas barbeque.

Turn your holiday into a memorable experience at Taf Beach Villas with our shared outdoor ‘plateia’ (Greek for village square), here you will find the snack bar, the open-air cinema, a fully equipped outdoor gym, and a children's play area.

Start your day right with breakfast available from our snack bar. Indulge in a fresh continental breakfast crafted from locally sourced produce in the plateia area. For a special price of €10 per day per adult, €7 per child (payable at the villas), pre-book your breakfast by sending us a message, and we'll include it in your reservation information.
Kindly be aware that breakfast ordered at the villas without prebooking before your arrival date will be charged at €14 per adult, and €8 per child.

Included in the reservation price is a TESLA Model Y to use every day of your stay (The driver must be over 23 years old and hold a valid driving license for at least one year. Vehicles are covered against damages from fire to the rented vehicle, and liability insurance to third-party death injury and property. Collision Damage Waiver is included, further insurance can be purchased)
