Knife left in room

Me and my friends saw a large black knife sitting in our room. We felt very unsafe and never got a refund. We did not stay.

Wanted to love it.

Our first impression was to love it. Was cute. Really liked the building, private beach, and pool. HOWEVER...our unit would sleep 4. My husband, two children, and myself. #305 has one bed and a sofa sleeper. When we unfolded the sofa sleeper for my children...it had dirty linens from a previous guest still on it SUPER NASTY!!!! but that’s not all....the whole bottom of the sofa sleep was falling apart to the point that was on the floor. The building does have many nice units but whoever cleans for Vacasa does not do a through job and this particular unit needs the sofa replaced immediately so it can sleep the 4 that it is advertised to sleep.

Not too shabby, but one major issue!

It wasn’t a bad place to stay. The pullout couch was broken which caused me to stress out a little when I realized it and the previous sheets were still on it along with what looked like a puke stain. I just folded it back up into a couch and put the clean sheets on it because it was just me. The room was clean and cooled off from the AC unit by the window. Our walk to the beach was short. Feet cleaners worked just fine. Trustworthy spot to leave your chairs and umbrella put all day. No one messed with it and we left it alone on the beach for over 4 hours. Aside from the couch being broken, it was good place to relax for a weekend getaway.

Short Visit

Nice location, within walking distance to most things. Trash under the night stand and bed. Gatorade bottles cups, make sure you check before you stay.

it was not a good experience the room had many many roaches of all sizes

I would not want to go back there for sure. was very happy with vrbo however because we had a mandatory evacuation which was actually good because I was dreading a week in a roach infested room and vrbo weas quick to give us a refund for the days we didn't get to stay.

Red Tide.

Not great at all

Room itself was clean and stocked but the facility is very dated and lacking. Bed is small and couch had mildew all over one end of it. Parking is a pain, pool key didn't work, elevator smelled horrible and usually always faster to take stairs.

Will definitely be staying again!!!

The room was perfect!!! The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels and everything you need. Perfect location. The beach wasn’t crowded where the condo is located. The only one down fall, which is not the condo owners fault is the parking. It can be a pain to find parking close you your condo doors. Although there is parking on the roadside. The condo was very clean and had everything you would need for cooking.

Good Value on the Beach

This is an older property - but it is right on the gulf. Has good views. Great beach access. Reasonable pricing. Middle of the strip. We enjoyed our stay.
