This lovely and functional Studio with its own balcony is the perfect place for both holiday and business travelers. It is located in a very convenient and attractive area within walking distance of restaurants, shops, park and it takes just 10 minutes to drive from the city center. The mall of Egnomi is just 8 minutes walk.

As you enter the studio you come upon the living area, which features a comfortable sofa, a TV, A/C, and the kitchen area. This is the place where you can sit and relax during your stay in the city and prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine for your convenience.



Next, you will find a comfortable space with a double bed, a wardrobe where you can store your belongings, and a working space, where you can place your laptop. The full bathroom is connected to the sleeping area and has a bath, a sink, and a toilet.



The studio has a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun and city breathing.

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.



THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.



PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!



EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS

• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.



• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.



• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair



• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.

Everything was great

We had a little problerm opening the thing with the key, it was bolcked, we needed 20 min. Otherwise to place was stay, it provided everything we probably needed. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. I'd definatelly choose this apartment in the future.

Love the location as it is nearby the University of Nicosia,close by the Mall of Engomi,got all necessary facilities nearby. The onky hasske we had was the Internet not working for 1 week of our stay which the telecom company was supposed to sort it out but we left without tgem fixing that issue. It was out of the owners hands to sort it out but i think something should be done about that kind of issues as wifi is something every customer wants for communication.
