The accommodation were wonderful and in a lovely & vibrant part of the city. Many restaurants and markets near by as well as metro station. The only difficult part was the three flights of stairs especially with suitcases but I think that is just life in the city.

A two bedroom, two bath apartment in such a wonderful neighborhood is a real find. I spent five weeks there (late April, and May) A daughter and son-in-law joined me for part of my stay. After they left a good friend came for five days. We had some great weather, fun experiences and my French improved. Parfait.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's in a great location, and it has plenty of space. We were two couples and never felt like we needed any more space. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and there was plenty of closet space. The two bathrooms were well appointed, and the combo washer-dryer let us clean some clothes while we were there in the middle of a multi-country trip. The location is in a good neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as markets for any groceries you may want to buy, and the apartment is situated between two Metro stations that are just a short walk away. That made it very easy to get around. I'm glad we stayed here!

What a great location, it was so close to subways, restaurants, museums and groceries. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 4, (2 adult boys.)The book listed everything lots of great information and recommendations. We had a lot of our reservations, especially NYE dinner and museums but used Laurent’s recommendations to fill in evenings. Laurent was great with contact before our arrival and Armony was just a quick call away for any questions. Thanks for a wonderful place to use as our base for the holiday week.

Just Around the corner

My husband, daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. The location around the corner from a quaint, mostly pedestrian street filled with restaurants, bakeries, and produce stands made our stay interesting, comfortable and easy. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the stay would be very comfortable for families or two couples. We enjoyed being able to prepare our own simple meals.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Located in the heart of the Montorgeuil pedestrian area, this apartment will seduce you by its location, charm, volumes and quality materials. Metro Sentier, bus, Vélib and Autolib stations around the corner.

The Montorgueil district, south-east of the 2nd arrondissement, is the most important pedestrian area in France. It still boasts many 18th century buildings, covered emblematic passages of the 19th century, and retains the original aspect of old Paris and the atmosphere of a village. Commercial activity predominates here with quality food shops, bars, restaurants and trendy fashion boutiques, making it a very lively neighborhood and appreciated by Parisians, tourists and the people who work there. The very central location of the area makes it a privileged location, close to the most prestigious cultural venues (the Louvre, the Museum of Decorative Arts, the Georges Pompidou Center, the Grévin Museum, the Opéra Garnier, the Comédie Française, Opéra Comique, the Théâtre Daunou) and the historic heart of Paris (the Palais Royal, the Tuileries and the Marais). An important transportation network connects you quickly to the whole of the city and the Île de France. Many metro, RER and bus lines link this district directly to Gares du Nord, Lyon, Saint-Lazare and Montparnasse, CDG airport and Stade de France. Very well equipped with Vélib and Autolib stations, it offers a large choice of means of transport.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The location is ideal. The apartment is very bright, quiet and spacious. It has been completely renovated and designed to welcome you. It is both comfortable and modern and has also been thought in practical terms.
