Romantic apartment with mezzanine (Casa Edera)

Casa Edera is a charming apartment in which wood dominates. In fact, the wooden ceiling and the large loft provide a very warm and cozy atmosphere. 

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people because it has one bedroom with a large double bed bordering the bright living room and another large double bed on the characteristic wooden mezzanine. 



The kitchen, which is separate from the living room, is well equipped with an oven, induction hob, large cooker hood and a spacious sink. In the kitchen you can comfortably have dinner or lunch thanks to the solid wood table, but also possibly do laundry because it is served by a modern washing machine. 

Casa Edera has a newly renovated bathroom in modern style with toilet, washbasin and a large shower with overhead shower head. 



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment has a reserved external covered parking just a few minutes from the accommodation. (max dimensions: L:3.90m, W:2.00m, H:2.50m)

What\'s nearby: 

Casa Edera is very well served by public transport such as buses and trains thanks to the Solduno station, so you can reach the surrounding towns such as Ascona and Locarno in a short time. Moreover, just by crossing the bridge between Ascona and Solduno, one can find shops such as la grande Manor, restaurants and pharmacies within a few minutes\' walk. 

Since the apartment is located in a suburban area, the environment is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. 

If you want to stay close by, you can find small restaurants within a 2-minute walk.

We recommend visiting Ascona, which is 20 minutes away on foot or 10 by car, where you can admire a large part of Lake Maggiore with a magnificent lakeside promenade full of bars, while enjoying aperitifs, lunches and dinners. But also Locarno with its Piazza Grande full of shops and here, too, a crazy lakeside promenade to relax while gazing at the breathtaking lake landscape.



How to arrive: 

Arriving by car, follow the A13 towards Locarno and Ascona. Take the exit towards Centovalli / Onsernone / Vallemaggia / Losone. At the roundabout take the second exit and take the A13 towards Locarno / Tenero and exit at Centovalli / Losone and continue on Via Locarno, following the GPS in 4 min after Solduno station, you will be in front of the apartment. 

Arriving by train, you can get to the Locarno train station and there take bus number 7 direction \"Losone, Caserma\" for 6 stops, you have to get off at \"Solduno, Stazione\". from there it is a 5-minute walk to your apartment.
