Equipped with a modern kitchen & bathroom, located in the trendy Kallio district next to tram stations it has all you can wish for. Now offered with a discounted price on weekdays.
The space
This apartment is a 35 square meter studio, its excellent floor plan, open views and high ceilings makes it feel more spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and fully equipped with high quality equipment and including a dish washer, gas stove, oven and a laundry machine (has integrated dryer) If needed the sofa can well be used for sleeping, by removing the pillows but it is not a bed sofa. The bed is comfortable and new 140 cm double bed. There is a beautiful, old fireplace in the apartment (at the moment it cannot be used). The big windows let in a lot of natural light. There is reliable Wifi available.

PLEASE NOTE: A discount for weekdays is offered, there is an attic and stairway renovation going on in the building, that may cause noise from time to time Monday to Friday between 8-18.
Guest access
The whole apartment. If you stay on a saturday at 16-17 you have access to the sauna in the building, you can enter with the apartment key for free.
Other things to note
The apartment building does not have an elevator. There is a good selection of books in English, Swedish, Finnish and a few in Spanish that the guests can enjoy during their stay. A few closets or shelves have personal items as this apartment is my home. The apartment has its own sauna turn on saturdays 16-17, if you are here it is included in the stay.
