An intimate and cozy two-room apartment in a mountain style, located behind the Pascal de la Ruine Castle in Morgex and near the Marais Nature Reserve. Strategically located for easy access to the Prè-St-Didier hot springs, the ski slopes of La Thuile and Courmayeur, and the Skyway. Small pets are welcome for a small additional fee (max. 1 dog).<br><br>THE SPACE<br>The apartment is located on the second floor of a charming mountain condominium and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette complete with appliances, Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix, a double sofa bed and a dining table for 4, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a spacious, sunny balcony with a panoramic view. You’ll also have access to the storage room to store all your ski gear. A garage parking space and free parking in front of the apartment building are available.<br><br>GUEST ACCESS<br>The apartment is entirely at the guests’ disposal, including the storage room and the garage parking space.<br><br>MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION <br><br>TOURIST TAX <br>Effective May 1, 2024, with the entry into force of the regional law of July 18, 2023, the tourist tax is now mandatory for guests staying in tourist accommodations. The tax will apply to all guests over the age of 15 for the first 7 days of their stay and will vary depending on the season.<br><br>High season rate: €1 per night<br>Low season rate: €0.50 per night <br>(from May 1 to June 15 and from October 1 to November 30)<br><br>Payment methods: cash at check-in, bank transfer, PayPal. Satispay. <br><br>PETS: Due to space limitations, we only accept small pets (max 1 dog) for a small additional fee of €20; otherwise, we will be forced to ask you to cancel your reservation.<br><br>CHECK-IN:<br>• To speed up the check-in process, once your reservation is confirmed, please send a front-and-back copy of the ID of all guests staying at the property, for legal reporting to the Police Headquarters in compliance with public safety regulations.<br>• Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the short-term rental agreement for tourist use (required by the owners for tax purposes).<br><br>EXTRA FEES FOR CHECK-IN/OUT OUTSIDE THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME, subject to request and approval based on the host’s availability (payment upon check-in/out):<br><br>• EVENING check-in from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €20<br>• LATE CHECK-OUT beyond the time specified in the listing: €20<br>• NIGHT CHECK-IN from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM: €40<br>• DELAYS: €5 for every half-hour of waiting beyond 60 minutes past the scheduled time (please notify us at least a couple of hours in advance in case of a delay or early arrival).<br>• Check-in during HOLIDAYS (New Year’s Day on January 1, Epiphany on January 6, St. Orso’s Day on January 30–31, St. Valentine’s Day on February 14, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, Liberation Day on April 25, Labor Day on May 1, Republic Day on June 2, Ferragosto on August 15, All Saints’ Day on November 1, the Immaculate Conception on December 8, Christmas Eve on the 24th, Christmas Day on the 25th, St. Stephen’s Day on the 26th, New Year’s Eve on December 31): €30.<br>Please always ask first in these cases before proceeding with your reservation, to avoid cancellations.
