Veracruz 10-C Deluxe Apartment Levante Beach

Renovated apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (1 en suite) and capacity for 6 people.

Accommodation of 70 m² cosy and very bright, it has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community swimming pool + children's pool open during season (01/05 to 31/10), outdoor and covered parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 Televisions (Smart TV), iron, hairdryer.

The American kitchen with induction hob is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, Bajos Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash if necessary.

- Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

- Check-out before 11:00

- Smoking is only and exclusively allowed on the terrace

The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a perfect location Both showers repeatedly overflowed and one bathroom door was difficult to open and close obviously due to previous overflows in the shower

Love this apartment, clean , comfortable, great location. We have booked another four weeks for 2026. The bathroom door needs renewing. Other than that we didn’t find anything major. We understand a lot of people are in and out all year so will get small things wrong with it. Oh a couple of nice reclining chairs for the balcony would be nice

Ideal for short stays, couldn't get a better view and the host has made the best use of the space.

The property was just like you see in the pictures, perfect location, ideal setting. I was there with my sisters and daughter and it was great for sharing. The property has been refurbished to a high standard, but there are no door stoppers, I was worried the door handle hit the tiles in bathroom so put a bottle of water behind the door to prevent any damage. We could not get access to the pool and we were not advised of this. Someone in building told us it was not pen yet. I didn't call to checkask because we were just across from the beach but it was advertised as having use of pool and we didn't have it.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. Will be back for sure

Spotlessly clean throughout full apartment including the foyer area, stunning views, fantastic location close to everything including beach, markets, shops, restaurants and entertainment , great supermarket directly below, comfortable beds, fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. Great to have two full bathrooms with showers, even had loungers to use on substantial balconyat pool. Air/con heating if needed, patio doors open fully to create a stunning outlook from inside as well. Everything felt quite new. Property outside the apartment itself is very well maintained and has a friendly concierge there daily. Place is suitable for disabilities if not using the pool. Can’t fault it at all but maybe cushions on the rattan chairs on balcony might have been good and key collection was a wee bit unusual as at a different location to apartment. 2 min walk in distance so slightly inconvenient but not really a problem. Would be beneficial to have a sign to say no scooters in foyer as the scooter we had for the disabled member of our party was moved without telling us and we thought it had been stolen but had been moved outside. It was just as well the concierge saw us looking for itwe would have reported it stolen.

Mooi, proper appartement. Heel mooie locatie. De rolluiken waren van mindere kwaliteit. De rolluik van onze slaapkamer heeft het op dag 1 al begeven. En na herstelling was het ook niets beter en werkte ze ook nog niet.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed in and will definitely visit again.

The space was fantastic and the property was spotless. We arrived early and they facilitated an early check in which was great. Cannot fault it.
