Complex formed by semi-detached houses type duplex. On the first floor living room with balcony, TV, separate kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. On the ground floor two double bedrooms plus a bedroom with bunk beds or two double bedrooms with double sofa bed in the dining room, bathroom with bathtub, garage and small garden.



AMENITIES:



Community pool.



INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:



Equipment (sheets only), water, gas, electricity, cleaning of entry and exit, weekly change of clothes and use of the pool.



WIFI: YES, free.



PARKING:Free, 1 space per house.



NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:



- Possibility to rent towels at the reception for 4 € / person / week (payment at reception).

- Possibility to rent a cot at the reception for 42 € / week (payment at reception).

Guests have a 24-hour customer service via WhatsApp. The WhatsApp number will be indicated at the time of receiving the reservation

For cases where we cannot have the client's email at the time of booking, the client must contact us at least 15 days before arrival at a contact email: to be able to directly manage the check-in. The client will be responsible if he cannot check in correctly on the day of arrival and we will not accept claims in this regard.



If the client does not contact within 14 days before arrival, the check-in cannot be guaranteed. The client will be solely responsible and we will not accept claims in this regard. Without news before the day of arrival, the reservation will be canceled as no show and with 100% expenses

Pets are not allowed



Pool is open from 15/06 to 15/09.
