The outside is under renovation so there is scaffolding in front (September 2026). This did not concern me whatsoever. It was minor compared to the great location and wonderful communication with Grazia. The apartment was adorable, clean, and spacious. There is a spiral staircase which has charm. The shower was spacious, which is not always the case. Instructions for everything about the apartment was clear, written down, or communicated via text. Grazia was appropriately attentive and had wonderful recommendations on where to visit and eat from a local’s perspective. The surrounding neighborhood and really all of Naples has an incredible vibe. The people are amazing, kind, and proud. I felt safe 100 percent of the time. I was fortunate enough to have the best Margherita pizza in the world at the recommendation of Grazia. Also enjoyed a sit down restaurant just right around the corner. Thank you, Grazia.
