Villa Felipe is a beautiful property located in central Algarve, in Vale do Lobo. On the ground floor the villa has extensive living and dining room with dining furniture for eight people, and a sizeable modern kitchen with adjacent utility room. Through the living room and bedroom sliding doors, there is a vast terrace with sun beds and outdoor furniture for 8 people, as well as a BBQ to enjoy drinking & eating beside the pool.

The Space:
Villa Felipe is a nice clean and tidy, light villa. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the ground floor. The master suite is located on the first floor with a large outdoor terrace, furnished with outdoor sofas and dining furniture - overlooking the pool & the garden, and a countryside view.

There is a lawned area, which is perfect for children to play, and other exterior seating areas allowing plenty of space for everyone.

There are also sun-beds near the pool, to allow guests to enjoy bathing in the Portuguese sun.

Approximately 20 minutes walk to Praia Da Vale Do Lobo and the Praca.

Taxi transfers for 6-8 people included from Faro Airport to Vale do Lobo for arrival and departure.

Please note, there is a refundable deposit of £260 subject to no damage.
