This spacious, modern holiday home in Zeeland's Scherpenisse has a beautiful view and can accommodate large families or a group of friends. Outside you have a terrace and garden to linger and unwind. Both the bedrooms on the ground floor are ensuites with bathrooms and there is a parking facility available on the premises.

The Scherpenisse area is perfect for walkers and cyclists. Go to the nature reserve De Poultpot or the Krabbenbeek. There are plenty of options in Zeeland for Canoers and water sports enthusiasts! From here it is also not far to cities such as Roosendaal, Bergen op Zoom or across the border to Antwerp.

The holiday home is located on the ground floor and the 1st floor. You can prepare nice meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy a delicious meal in the seating area in the living room before TV.

There is parking at the house.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 26 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
Due to construction work in the vicinity of your place of residence, there may be inconvenience in the period from April to December.
