Perched above Cavalaire-sur-Mer, this beautiful villa offers breathtaking views over the sea and surrounding hills-perfect for an unforgettable sun-soaked holiday with family or friends. With multiple terraces, a private swimming pool, and a cosy summer bar, it's designed for total relaxation and enjoyment. Just minutes from Plage du Débarquement and Plage de Cavalaire-sur-Mer, you're ideally located for beach days and scenic photo ops. The iconic Saint-Tropez is also easily reachable by car for day trips filled with shopping, dining, and people-watching. The villa features two well-equipped kitchens, a smart TV, WiFi, Apple TV boxes, and a private gym for those who like to stay active. Note that the property includes numerous stairs, both indoors and outdoors, making it less suitable for those with mobility challenges.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
