Mesa de Yeguas Super Luxury Bring your PET BBQ Gym XXL Pool

Please note that this house features A/C in every room as opposed to many properties in Mesa de Yeguas.

PROPERTY DETAILS

The house was built 12 years ago. It's a 7,300 Sq feet property on a 0.85 acre lot. It has 4 bedrooms -each with a full bathroom, TV and terrace or balcony-; 3 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. All bedrooms have a mini-split A/C unit and a ceiling fan. There are also a TV room, a gym and a studio. All the bedrooms have a queen size bed and 2 of them have additional acommodation for 2 people each. The house has 2 living room areas, dining table, full kitchen, super-sized swimming pool, hot tub, and an additional cooking station BBQ by the pool. WIFI signals covers roughly the whole living area on the property.

CLUB SERVICES

As our guest, you will also be welcome to use the paid services the Country Club offers, such as golf, water skiing, tennis or other. Please bear in mind though, that a "members-first" policy is strictly enforced by the Club, prioritizing reservations for them over guests by providing a members-only time window before any one else can reserve. So, in very busy days you might not be able to secure a reservation, thus we cannot guarantee availability . In any case, if you wish to use them, please contact us before your check-in, as we have to make the proper arrangements.

MAID SERVICE

A mandatory maid service is included at a cost for every day during your stay. You must pay directly to the maid for her services. For guests groups of up to 6 people 1 (one) maid will be provided; 2 (two) for groups of 7 to 10, and 3 (three) for groups of 11 or more. As a guest, you will have to pay directly to the maids in Colombian pesos (COP). The maid service price, is COP $70,000 per maid per day; for holidays, that daily price will be COP $85,000. Also their working schedule is from 7.30 am to 4:30 pm with a 1 hour break. If you need any maid service out of that schedule, it must be requested in advance before your stay. The additional hourly-fee is COP $ 14,000
