Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Art Noveau building designed in 1912 by the famous Latvian architect , close to the river bank - tram stop around the corner, free parking near the building, the convenience shop - in front of the building. Enjoy the excellent thermal comfort with our nature friendly water capillary heating system Hydrokapillare which can heat up the room with much lower temperature as conventional heating systems.You will have a convenient accommodation and the tram or Bolt driver will bring you in 10 min to Old Town or other place in the centre. The biggest outdoor venue Wondersala and the harismatic Andrejsala quartier with its riverside restaurants are in 10 min walking distance.

Sunny Holiday in Riga

I enjoyed my stay very much. The flat is spacious, well-equipped and everything worked well. Sandra was there to make my very late check-in possible - thank you especially for this! Tram and supermarket are just around the corner, the old town of Riga is in walking distance.

Logement comme neuf et très bien équipé

Hébergement de qualité, avec d'excellents appareils ménagers, dans une barre d'immeuble qui évoque le passé d'un quartier populaire. Transports faciles avec le tram 5 à proximité. Bref, un excellent séjour. Merci
