My apartment is located at Punavuori district in Helsinki city center. It virtually has everything nearby and within reach by walking. If walking is not your thing, you could always use trams at reasonable price.
I chose this area because there is a free but professionally maintained ice rink near by (7 minutes walking max). And it is also part of Helsinki design district, so a lot of independent shops are located closely.

My apartment is standing out from competition in term of quality of finishing, and included equipment's. It is located at top floor with elevator access. You can enjoy the street view at city center (which is rare thing nowadays).
Additionally, it is right at the heart of Helsinki with everything nearby, but you can rest well in this cozy place.
